摘要(Abstract):

介绍了华能玉环电厂1号机组化学调试的内容和特点,总结了经验教训。对调试过程中出现的化学清洗跳泵、EDTA药品配置、受热面加热不匀、辅助管道清洗范围及整套启动水汽品质监督中水质控制等问题和需要注意的事项进行了详细的叙述和分析。
The content and characteristic of chemistry debugging in Unit 1 of Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant is introduced in this paper.Some problems and transactions which need be noticed are described and analyzed in detail, such as the maintenance of sea water desalting system,trip-pump of chemical cleaning,the collocation of EDTA,non-uniform heating of heating surface,the cleaning range of subsidiary conduit and the water quality control in steam-water quality supervision of complete started stage.Some experiences of chemistry debugging in Unit 1 are summarized,in order to be used for reference in ultra-supercritical unit for the future.
