摘要(Abstract)：

针对某220 kV变电站信号漏报的现象,进行了大量的模拟试验,还原信号漏报的整个过程,通过各种不同方法的比较,借助高精度试验设备,找出信号漏报的原因是测控装置防抖时限设置错误。在对防抖时限设置做出准确修改后,再反复多次模拟该信号漏报的操作过程,无一漏报或误报,确保了信号的正确性。
Aiming at a signal omitted occurred in a 220 kV substation,a lot of simulation tests to restore the signal omitted process have been done.By comparative analysis and high-precision test equipment,the reason has been found.It is false setting for eliminating dither.After modifying the setting,the process of signal omitted was simulated for several times.The modified time slot was proved to be available for ensuring signal correct with no omitted or fault.
