浙江省内国产化600 MW汽轮发电机组振动综合处理

摘要(Abstract):

国产化600 MW汽轮发电机组已成为浙江电网的主力机组,其安全运行直接关系到电网的稳定,而振动是影响机组安全运行最主要的参数之一。通过浙江省内20台国产化600 MW汽轮发电机组振动问题处理,就质量不平衡、低压缸刚性弱、动静碰摩、转动部件脱落、对中不良、励磁机瓦不稳定振动以及发电机绕组匝间短路等几种典型振动问题进行总结归纳,为同类机组振动问题的处理提供参考。
The domestic 600 MW turbo-generator units are dominant in Zhejiang power grid.The safe operation is directly related to the stability of power grid,and the vibration is among the most important parameters that affect the safe operation of units.This paper summarizes the typical vibration problems including quality imbalance,weak rigidity of low-pressure cylinder,static and dynamic friction,rotating part falloff,inadequate centering,unstable vibration of exciter and short circuit between the windings of generator based on the solutions to the problems of twenty 600 MW domestic turbo-generator units and offers a reference for other units of the same type.
