摘要(Abstract):
针对密切尔推力轴承瓦块温度偏高现象,通过各种事例分析其原因,提出相应对策,采取消除测温元件故障、降低轴向推力、加装弹簧片、增大供油量、改变运行方式等措施,取得明显效果,从而避免了因推力轴承工作瓦块温度偏高而使负荷受限的问题。
Aimed at the case of Michell thrust bearing temperature high,this article analyses the causes in detail based on the various examples,and puts foreword the corresponding countermeasures by eliminating the fault of temperature measuring component,reducing the axial thrust,adding spring pad,increasing the oil supply,and changing the running mode.With these measures,the obvious effects were achieved and the load limiting caused by the high temperature of Michell thrust bearing was avoided.
