摘要(Abstract)：

智能变电站是智能电网的重要组成部份,智能化变电站对一次设备的数字化有非常严格的要求,但若因此采取更换传统一次设备的方式,显然有违智能电网节约电网投资、降低能源损耗的主旨。本文以现有变电站的传统一次设备为例,提出了数字化和智能化的改造方案。
Intelligent substations are an important component of smart grid.As to intelligent substations,there are very strict requirements on the digitalization of primary equipments,but it is apparently against the smart grid principle of grid investment saving and energy consumption reduction to adopt the method of replacing traditional primary equipments.This paper proposes the plan of digitization and intelligentization illustrated with the example of traditional primary equipments at the existing substations.
