摘要(Abstract):
目前大型火电机组的锅炉过热汽温和再热汽温控制仍采用常规的串级控制系统,当机组负荷变化时,汽温就偏离设定值8-10℃左右,超温很频繁。TOP(电站热工优化控制平台)系统的汽温优化组件采用现代控制理论进行设计,用系统内部状态来描述系统,实现闭环系统极点的任意配置,从而构成线性最优调节器;采用温度动态特性状态重构技术,获得具有较强稳定性和鲁棒性的控制系统,有效解决了汽温偏离设定值的问题。
At present,superheater steam temperature and reheater steam temperature control of large thermal generating units still adopts conventional cascade control system.In case the unit load changes,the steam temperature varies 8 to 10 centidegrees from the set value and there is frequent superheat.The design of steam temperature optimization module on the power plant thermal optimized-control platform employs modern control theory,and the system is described by its internal state to randomly configure poles of close-loop system,hence linear optimal adjuster is structured.Dynamic temperature characteristic restructuring technology is employed to make the control system more stable and robust,which solves the set value variation of steam temperature.
