摘要(Abstract)：

介绍我国特高压电网的建设和发展情况,分析了当前特高压输电交易组织模式,总结了"计划手段组织、市场方式落实、交易信息公开"的交易特点,并结合浙江电力市场发展现状,提出了浙江电力市场交易工作和特高压输电交易衔接的相关建议。
This article describes the ultra high-voltage(UHV) power grid construction and development,analyzed the current organizational model of UHV transmission transactions,summed up its "plan to organize,market approach to implement,the information open" deal characteristics.Combined with the development of Zhejiang electricity market status,some suggestions are proposed to harmonize Zhejiang electricity market transactions and UHV transmission transaction.
