电动汽车充/换电服务计费方法的研究Research of Billing Method for Electric Vehicle Charging and Battery Swapping Services

摘要(Abstract):
根据电动汽车智能充/换电服务网络建设现状,结合计费系统的一些最新成果对构建电动汽车计费以及资费、优惠、产品、套餐等相关计费要素进行分析。综合电动汽车充/换电的技术经济特性、用户多元化要求和政府产业补助政策,根据充/换电方式,电池配送距离,不同车型及用电能耗水平,提出了电动汽车充/换电计费方法。
According to construction status quo of intelligent service network for electric vehicle charging and battery swapping,the paper,in combination with the latest results in the world of current billing system,analyzes essentials for establishing billing for electric vehicles and expounds expenses,preferential,products and package.By integrating technical and economical characteristics of electric vehicle charging and battery swapping with multiple requirements of users and industry subsidy policy of local government,the paper proposes after study a billing method for electric vehicle charging and battery swapping in accordance with modes of charging and battery swapping,distance of battery delivery,different types of vehicles and power consumption levels.
