配电网消弧线圈优化控制策略
Optimal Control Strategy for Arc Suppression Coil in Distribution Networks

摘要(Abstract):

针对谐振电网消弧与选线难以兼顾的问题,提出了基于改进综合增量选线方法的消弧线圈优化控制策略。定义了一种新的零序电流综合增量,在脱谐度变化有限的情况下,增大故障线路与非故障线路间的差异性,从而提高选线的可靠性;根据交流熄弧条件,给出了基于改进零序电流综合增量选线方法、满足电弧不重燃条件下的消弧线圈控制策略。PSCAD仿真表明,改进后的零序电流综合增量法表征的故障特征更加显著,选线的正确性不受故障距离和过渡电阻影响,给出的优化控制策略能准确控制故障点的残流水平,兼顾消弧与选线2方面,具有极大的实用性。
To solve the difficult of dealing with both arc suppression and line selection, an improved method based on synthesis increment principle and optimal control strategy for arc suppression coil is proposed. A new synthesis increment of zero sequence current is defined. The method can expand the difference of the health and fault line with limited change of off tuning degree to improve line selection reliability. According to the AC arc suppression condition, a control strategy for arc suppression coil based on synthesis increment of zero sequence current and under non-combustion condition. PSCAD simulation shows that the improved zero sequence current synthesis incremental method shows more remarkable fault characteristics, and the correctness of line selection is not affected by fault distance and transition resistance. Considering arc suppression and line selection, the given strategy can accurately control residual current flow at the fault point and is of great practicability.
