就地化保护挂网运行方案研究与实践

摘要(Abstract):

针对智能变电站继电保护可靠性和速动性有所降低的现状,阐述了就地化保护装置的新方案。以110 kV挂网运行变电站为例,介绍了挂网变电站拓扑结构,描述了就地化保护挂网运行的目的、技术原则、设备清单,重点从挂网设备二次回路、网络拓扑等方面介绍整体技术方案,充分验证110 kV变电站就地化保护整站方案的可行性。
Since the reliability and quickness of the smart substation relay protection are reduced, the paper expounds a new scheme of localized protection device. Taking a tentative 110 kV substation as an example, it introduces the tentative substation topology, describes the tentative purpose of the localized protection, the technical principles and the equipment list. Then it introduces the overall scheme from the secondary circuit,network topology. The technical plan fully verifies the feasibility of the localized protection scheme for the 110 kV substation.
