湿法脱硫氧化风系统的优化改造实践Optimal Modifications in Oxidation Fan of Wet Flue Gas Desulphurization

摘要(Abstract):
分析某燃煤发电厂石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫强制氧化工艺中氧化风系统运行时存在的问题,并做针对改进以保证脱硫氧化风系统安全可靠运行。为挖掘脱硫氧化风系统的节能潜力,通过长期的试验观察,摸索氧化风机的经济投运方式,最终考虑引入空气悬浮永磁变频离心风机,以烟气脱硫系统入口SO2质量浓度为前置反馈,精准控制氧化风量,完成脱硫氧化风系统的深度节能降耗工作。
This paper analyzes the problems existing during the operation of oxidation wind system during limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process in a coal fired power plant and makes some improvement to ensure safe and reliable operation of desulfurization oxidation wind system. To explore energy saving potential of desulfurization oxidation wind system, economical operation mode of oxidation fan is explored through longterm experiment observation. Finally, air suspension permanent-magnet frequency-conversion centrifugal fan is introduced, which takes inlet SO2 mass concentration of flue gas desulfurization system as front feedback to accurately control oxidation air volume to complete deep energy saving and consumption reduction of oxidation fan of desulphurization.
