基于变频技术的发电厂供油动力装置特性分析
Characteristic Analysis on Power Plant for Fuel Supply Based on Frequency Conversion Technology

摘要(Abstract):

针对新建机组锅炉供油变频动力装置在安装调试阶段出现的技术问题,着重对冷却变频电动机本体的辅助风机控制方式和变频器受母线电压降造成停运、变频切换时炉前点火装置失油压等故障情况进行分析,通过修改变频器的PLC逻辑、增加接线、在集控室对变频柜进行软件中组态,成功解决了问题。
Aiming at technological problems occurred in power plant for fuel supply of newly-built unit boilers based on frequency conversion technology during its installation and commissioning, the paper analyzes control mode of auxiliary blower for variable-frequency motor cooling, frequency converter shutdown due to bus voltage drop and fuel pressure loss of the ignition device before the furnace during frequency conversion. By modification of PLC logic of frequency converter, line increase and software configuration of frequency conversion cabinet in centralized control room, the problems are successfully solved.
