9FA燃机燃气压力低遮断原因分析及处理

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一起9FA联合循环机组在运行中因天然气压力低造成机组遮断的事故,认为燃气轮机供气压力低是由于安全切断阀气动排空阀误开所致,而控制回路设计缺陷是排空阀误开的根本原因。对此,提出了有针对性的改造方案,为排空阀增加了1个控制电磁阀,与原控制电磁阀互为备用,2个电磁阀采取了巧妙的并联布置方式。该方案简单可靠,成本低,可复制性强,并对燃料气控制系统其他类似气动阀门进行了相同改造,从而确保机组长期安全运行。
This paper introduces a shutoff accident of 9FA combined cycle units due to low gas pressure in the operation. It is believed that the low gas pressure of the gas turbine is caused by mistaken switch-on of pneumatic exhaust valve of safety shutoff valve; however, design defect of control circuit fundamentally results in switch-on of the exhaust valve. Therefore, the paper accordingly presents a retrofit scheme: equipping an electromagnetic control valve on the exhaust valve as a spare part of the original one, and the two valves are paralleled in a subtle way. The scheme is simple, reliable and low in cost, and can be easily duplicated;besides, it reconstructs fuel gas control system and other pneumatic valves in a similar way to ensure long operation safety of the units.
