基于磁场-流场-温度场耦合的GIS母线热分析
Thermal Analysis of GIS Busbar Based on Coupled Magnetic-Fluid-Temperature Fields

摘要(Abstract):

GIS(气体绝缘组合电器)母线的温升和散热性能是影响其工作稳定性的重要因素之一。基于磁场-流场-温度场耦合的有限元方法分析了GIS母线温度场,通过计算145 k V GIS三相母线的涡流场分布,得到母线导体和外壳的功率损耗,建立流场以及温度场有限元分析模型,将功率损耗作为母线体积热源耦合到温度场模型中,计算母线温度场,将仿真数据与试验数据进行对比,验证了温度场计算结果的正确性。实践证明,该有限元分析方法对GIS母线产品设计具有一定参考价值。
Temperature rise and heat dissipation performance is one of the key influencing factors of operation status of GIS(gas-insulated switchgear) bus. The temperature field of the GIS bus is analyzed based on finite element method of coupled magnetic-fluid-temperature fields. The eddy current field distribution of threephase bus of 145 kV GIS is calculated to obtain power loss of bus conductor and the tank; then, a finite element analysis model of fluid field and temperature field is established and the power loss is coupled in temperature field model as volumetric heat source to calculate temperature field of bus. At last, the calculated data and experimental data are compared to verify the calculation result of the temperature field. It is proved that the finite element method has a certain reference significance for GIS bus product design.
