摘要(Abstract):
为了控制炉膛内部的结渣,在对某燃年轻煤种的1 000 MW机组锅炉内部典型渣样进行照相表观分析的基础上,对渣样几处典型区域的切割碾磨物质进行了可燃物、XRF及XRD的分析,结果表明:切割碾磨物中的可燃物含量极低,锅炉内形成的块状物质主要为渣而非焦;第二级过热器区域渣样主要可以分为4个层区,中部为最厚也最致密的烧结层,是导致渣层不断增长的重要层区;应通过适当的吹灰措施确保换热器管道外表面底层附近不形成疏松状渣样。
On the basis of camera investigation on representative slag of a young coal used in 1 000 MW unit boilers, un-burned carbon, XRF and XRD analysis of milled matters from some representative locations in the slag are carried out for the purpose of controlling slag in the furnace. The investigation result shows that the un-burned carbon of milled matters from some representative locations in the slag is very low, which means the nubby matter formed inner this boiler is not coke but slag; slag formed in area of the second stage superheater may be divided into four parts mostly, the middle part of which is the thickest and the most sintered and is a key area resulting in continuing growth of slag layer; appropriate soot blowing measures should be adopted to ensure that loose slag can not be formed near the bottom slag outside the tube of exchanger.
