面向智能台区的风光储充能量管理策略
An Energy Management Strategy for Wind-Solar-Storage-Charging Based on Smart Transformer Area

摘要(Abstract):

为了实现风光储充系统的能量平衡以及能量的有效利用,设计了一种面向智能台区的风光储充能量管理策略。在并网模式下,考虑到日间光伏及风力发电系统的发电功率和负荷都较大,采用系统自平衡策略,而在夜间则采用削峰填谷策略。为避免微电网系统对电网造成干扰,运行逆功率保护策略,而当出现外部电网失电情况时,采用孤网运行模式以确保微电网系统的正常运行,实现智能台区风光充系统的安全性与稳定性。最后,通过在试验区的运行验证了所提的风光储充能量管理策略的有效性。
For energy balance and effective energy utilization of wind-solar-storage-charging system, an energy management strategy based on smart transformer area is designed. Under the grid connection mode, the self-balance strategy is adopted given the heavy generation power and load in the daytime, while peak-shaving and valley-filling strategy is adopted at night. To reduce the interference of the microgrid system to the grid, the reverse power protection strategy is employed, while the isolated network operation mode is adopted to ensure the normal operation of the microgrid system and safety and stability of the wind-solar system in case of power loss of the external grid. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed energy management strategy for wind-solar-storage-charging system is verified by the operation results of the test area.
