柔性低频交流输电技术研究综述

摘要(Abstract):

柔性低频交流输电技术是采用可关断电力电子器件和模块化多电平拓扑的新型输电技术。因兼具工频交流输电和柔性直流输电的优点,该技术在远距离输电、海上风电送出及城市电网相关领域得到了广泛关注。在详细介绍柔性低频交流输电的基本工作原理和系统结构的基础上,对其技术特点及相关领域的应用研究现状进行了梳理总结。最后,就柔性低频交流输电需重点研究的系统接入技术、变频器主电路拓扑、控制与保护系统、谐波与电能质量分析、主设备低频适应性等关键技术进行了展望。
Flexible low frequency AC transmission is a novel power transmission technology that uses switchoff power electronic devices and modular multilevel topology. Having the advantages of both power frequency AC transmission and VSC-HVDC, the technology has attracted wide attention in such related research fields as long-distance power transmission, offshore wind power transmission and urban power grid. Based on the detailed introduction of the basic working principles and system structure of flexible low-frequency AC transmission, the technical characteristics and the application research status in related fields of flexible low-frequency AC transmission are summarized. Finally, the paper looks to the key technologies that need to be focused on of flexible low-frequency AC transmission technology, especially system integration technology,main circuit topology of frequency converter, control and protection system, harmonic and power quality analysis, and low-frequency adaptability of the main equipment.
