摘要(Abstract)：
对浙江电网三项分析系统建立的必要性进行论证,对系统的构建方案进行分析,对三项分析系统中所涉及的相关调度安全、运行、二次设备分析报告的实现方式进行讨论。
The paper discusses and analyzes the necessity and framework of Zhejiang Power Grid Three Analysis System,and also provides some solutions for the problems of the power network dispatching safety,operation and secondary device safety in Three Analysis System.
