抑制电网大功率波动的分布式储能装置功率支持策略研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对浙江电网直流闭锁故障后的安全稳定运行问题,对采用分布式电力电子储能装置支持的策略进行了研究。首先,利用BPA电力系统仿真软件对浙江电网发生直流闭锁故障进行了模拟仿真,分析发生直流闭锁故障时浙江电网可能会面临的恶劣暂态过程;然后,研究分布式储能装置的安装容量、支持时机和支持时长,找到发生直流闭锁故障时,能对浙江电网起到功率和频率稳定支撑作用的最佳策略,得出了具有实用价值的结果。
In order to ensure stable and safe operation of Zhejiang power grid after the DC block fault, the support strategy of the distributed energy storage device is studied. Firstly, the DC block fault in Zhejiang power grid is simulated by BPA to analyze the potential harmful transient process under DC block fault. The installed capacity, support time and duration of distributed energy storage devices are mainly studied, and the optimal strategy for stabilizing power and frequency of Zhejiang power grid is found when the DC block fault occurs and some valuable results are obtained.
