摘要(Abstract):

为提高配电变压器抽检工作效率,针对试验过程冗长单一的温升试验,提出了一种配变温升自动测量系统,结合油浸式、干式配变温升试验流程,提出并实现了在软件和硬件上全过程实时自动控制的温升测量系统,免去了人工干预,确保了试验的成功率和稳定性。同时在此还分析了试验过程中可能会带来误差的环节,提出了测量冷、热电阻的注意事项。
In order to improve the working efficiency of spot check of distribution transformer, an automatic measuring system for temperature rise of distribution transformer is put forward in view of the long and single temperature rise test during the test process. Combined with the flow of oil-immersed and dry-type temperature rise test of distribution transformer, a real-time and automatic temperature measurement system is proposed and realized in software and hardware, which avoids manual intervention and ensures the success rate and stability of the test. At the same time, the paper also analyzes the possible errors in the process of the test,and puts forward precautions in cold and thermal resistance measurement.
