系统化的台区改造策略及方案研究Research on Systematic Transformation Strategy and Plan of Distribution Transformer Area

摘要(Abstract)：
作为电力供应的末端环节,中低压配电网直接与用户相联,其安全可靠地运行将直接影响到千家万户的生活,因此,中低压配网规划研究具有十分重要的意义。在对典型问题分析的基础上,提出相应的解决策略,并制定了相应的原则,首次将台区问题映射到整个片区或村庄,采用了"微观—宏观—微观"的方案制定思路,从而避免了传统规划的孤立性,并通过具体算例对该方法进行了阐述。实践证明,该方法具有可行性及实用性,对中低压配网规划具有一定的应用价值。
As an end link of power supply, the medium and low voltage distribution network connects with the users directly and its operation safety and reliability affect thousands of families. Therefore, medium and low voltage distribution network planning and research are very important. Based on the analysis of typical problems, corresponding solutions are proposed, and relevant principles are worked out to map the distribution transformer area to the whole district or village for the first time. The "micro-macro-micro" idea is adopted to prevent the isolation of traditional planning. The method is expounded through a specific calculation. Practice has proved that the method is feasible and practical, which has certain application value of the medium and low voltage distribution network planning.
