135 MW汽轮机无中心孔转子热应力有限元计算及低周疲劳寿命分析Calculation of Finite Element of Thermal Stress and Analysis of Low-cyclic Fatigue Life for Non-central Hole Rotor of 135 MW Turbine

摘要(Abstract):
引进了Lemaire的非线性低周疲劳连续损伤累积理论和三轴度因子,建立了汽轮机转子低周疲劳寿命损耗计算模型,将材料简单试验的低周疲劳试验结果应用于计算复杂应力状态下转子低周疲劳寿命损耗,计算了汽轮机转子在复杂应力状态下的低周疲劳寿命损耗,并将其计算结果进行了对比分析。分析结果表明多轴损伤累积模型较为准确的反映了转子低周疲劳寿命非线性累积损伤过程,接近于工程实际。
In this paper, it is introduced Lemaire's non-linear low-cyclic continuous fatigue damage cumulative theory and tri-axiality factor, it is established the calculation model of low-cyclic fatigue life loss for rotor of turbine,using the results of test of low-cyclic fatigue test for material simple test to calculate the rotor's low-cyclic fatigue loss under the condition of complicated stress,and calculated the low-cyclic fatigue life loss of the rotor of turbine under the condition of complicated stress,and undertook the comparative analysis of the results of the calculation.The results of the analysis show that multiaxial damage cumulative model represents relatively accurately the process of rotor's low-cyclic fatigue life non-linear cumulative damage and approaches the actual situation of the engineering.
