水电站渗漏集水井控制系统改造

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了浙江浙能华光潭水力发电有限公司一级电站渗漏集水井控制系统的改造方案及实施情况。为了满足一级电站关门运行,利用现代工业计算机技术、通信技术、人机交换技术等,采用高可靠性的工业PLC控制器及高可靠、高稳定的液位测量元件,对系统功能进行了改进和优化。改造后,系统运行可靠性明显提高。
The paper introduces transformation scheme and implementation of leakage catchpit control system in first stage power plant of Zheneng Huaguangtan Hydropower Co., Ltd. For the operation purpose of first stage power plant, the system function is improved and optimized using modern industrial computer technology, communication technology and human-machine interaction technology and adopting high-reliability industrial PLC controller, high-reliability and high-stability liquid level measurement element. After the transformation, the operation reliability of the system is obviously improved.
