断路器故障引起500 kV变压器跳闸的原因分析及解决方案

摘要(Abstract):

500 kV变压器低压侧电抗器间隔断路器严重故障后炸裂解体,使变压器非计划停运,同时故障碎片导致周围设备损坏,扩大事故范围。通过分析该起故障发生的具体原因、保护行为及影响程度,并比较了一起同类型故障,提出了相应措施。通过加装变压器低压侧断路器,配置变压器低压侧母差保护以及低压侧过流速断保护等方案来解决该类问题。
There were a breaker explosion and disintegration in reactor interval at low voltage side of 500 kV transformer after a serious fault, which led to unscheduled transformer shutdown, and the segments damaged the surrounding equipment and expanded the fault range. This article analyzes the specific causes, protection behaviour and influence degree of this failure; besides, it compares the same case and proposes corresponding measures. This kind of problems can be solved by installing breaker at low-voltage side of the transformer,configuring busbar differential protection and overcurrent quick-breaking protection at low voltage side of the transformer.
