摘要(Abstract):

以某分布式发电的互联网数据中心工程项目为依托,开展分布式发电系统保护控制研究。结合互联网数据中心要求,开展不同运行场景下的风险分析;根据现有的相关技术规程与标准,制定了保护控制目标与总体技术路线。在此基础上,提出了保护控制配置方案,并对不同场景下的动作逻辑时序进行推演。最后提出了技术和管理方面的改进建议。
Based on project of Internet data center of distributed generation, research on the protection and control for a distributed generation system was conducted. In accordance with the requirements of Internet data center, the paper analyzes risks in various operation scenarios. Based on the present technical specifications and standards, the protection and control goal and overall technical roadmap are developed. Furthermore, the paper proposes a protection and control scheme and deduces action logic sequence in various scenarios. At last, the paper puts forward suggestions for improvement in technology and management.
