国内电动汽车充换电设施标准体系Domestic Standard System for Electric Vehicle Charging and Battery-swapping Facilities

摘要(Abstract):
电动汽车充换电设施标准化是其实现普及的必要前提,首先对国内电动汽车充换电设施标准进行分类,再对标准体系中基础综合、充换电设备、接口及协议等9类标准进行了分类介绍,并强调了其在电动汽车充换电设施建设和运营过程中的重要作用,最后对今后的标准化工作提出了建议。
The standardization of charging and battery-swapping facilities is necessary for electric vehicle boom. In this paper, the domestic standards for electric vehicle charging and battery-swapping facilities are classified; then the paper introduces nine categories of standards for fundamentals charging and battery-swapping facilities, interfaces, protocols and etc. The paper also emphasizes the importance of the standards in the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging and battery-swapping facilities. Finally, the paper brings forward some suggestions on the future standardization work.
