火电机组深度调峰工况辅机安全控制技术研究
Research on Auxiliary Equipment Control Technology under Operating Condition of Deep Peak-regulation of Thermal Power Generating Units

摘要(Abstract):

随着特高压主干网架和新能源的规模化并网,火力发电机组参与深度调峰(以下简称"深调")的时长与频次越来越高,深调期间发生的非停、设备故障、控制恶化工况占比日趋提升。对于深调机组除关注负荷调节、低负荷稳燃、经济性方面外,机组的可靠运行与控制同样需引起重视,主要辅机跳闸后的控制策略就是其中的重要环节。针对深调机组辅机跳闸后的自动控制策略进行研究,对汽泵、一次风机等重要辅机跳闸后机组运行的风险点进行分析,对比了深调机组辅机跳闸与RB工况的区别,设计实现了各辅机跳闸后的控制策略,并以某1 050 MW超超临界机组为对象,选取40%Pe~50%Pe试验区间,完成了制粉系统、一次风机以及汽泵的跳闸试验,验证了控制策略的必要性与正确性,提升了深调机组对辅机跳闸的应对能力,提高了深调的可靠运行能力,也为深调机组控制策略完善和运行人员应急响应提供了依据。
With the large-scale interconnection of UHV trunk network and new energy, the frequency and duration of deep peak-regulation(hereinafter referred to as DPR) for thermal power generating units are increasing, and unplanned units shutdown, equipment failure and control deterioration conditions during DPR keep surging. Apart from load regulation, low-load steady burning and economy of the units, the reliable operation and control should also be focused on. The control strategy amongst for main auxiliary equipment trip become an important link. In this paper, the automatic control strategy after tripping of the auxiliary equipment of DPR unit is studied, and the operation risk points of the units after tripping of the important auxiliary equipment such as steam pump and primary air fan are analyzed. Though comparison of the difference between auxiliary equipment tripping and the operating condition of RB(runback), the control strategy of each auxiliary equipment after tripping is designed and implemented. Within 40%Pe~50%Pe test interval, a 1 050 MW ultra-supercritical unit was selected to carry out the tripping test of the pulverizing system, primary fan and steam pum, which verified the necessity and correctness of the control strategy, improves the response of the DPR unit to the tripping of the auxiliary unit and the operation reliability of DPR and provides a basis for control strategy improvement of DPR units and the emergency response of the operating personnel.
