摘要(Abstract)：
结合一次10 kV压变二次电压指示异常的判断,分析了由于压变二次接线错误,在电网故障或压变熔丝熔断情况下可能出现的各种二次电压指示异常,为运行和调度人员提供这类故障判断的参考依据。
This paper introduces an unusual Phenomenon in the 10 kV PT secondary loop during the fault of single-phase earth,because of the zero-sequence voltage transformer omission.The abnormity evenly delayed to deal with fault.The paper analyzes the reason,and gives suggestion to avoid the fault.
