摘要(Abstract):
介绍了国华宁海A厂600 MW机组石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统的工艺概况。针对系统存在的内部结垢问题,在分析湿法烟气脱硫系统中各类垢体形成机理的基础上,阐述了系统结垢的主要防治方法,以确保脱硫系统的稳定运行。
This paper introduces the technical situation of wet Flue Gas Desulfurization(FGD) system for 600 MW units in Guohua Ninghai Power Plant A.Through the analysis on the formation mechanism of various scales in the system to deal with the problem of internal scaling,it elaborates the main methods of prevention and treatment to ensure stable operation of the system.
