联合循环机组凝汽器压力对汽轮机冷态启动暖机时间的影响Influence of Combined Cycle Units Condenser Pressure on Warming-up Time of Turbine Cold-state Startup

摘要(Abstract):
为提高机组启动经济性,在保证暖机、冲转、升负荷过程中各项参数符合要求的条件下,通过比较西门子SCC5-4000F型联合循环机组汽轮机不同的冷态启动方式,同时结合西门子逻辑中定义的暖机时间计算公式,研究分析了凝汽器压力对汽轮机冷态启动暖机时间的影响,得出凝汽器压力越高(但不能超过30 k Pa),暖机时间越短的结论,并提出了在实际运行中应注意的问题。
In order to improve startup economy of units with all parameters in warming-up, rotation impulsing and load step-up permitted, the paper analyzes impact of condenser pressure on warming-up time of cold-state startup of steam turbine by comparing different cold-sate steam turbine startup modes of SCC5-4000 F combined cycle units and combining formula for warming-up time calculation defined in Siemens logic. The paper draws a conclusion that condenser pressure is inversely proportional to warming-up time(not higher than 30kPa); moreover, it gives precautions in real operation.
