高压电缆状态仿真及缺陷诊断平台的构建Construction of a Condition Simulation and Defect Diagnosis Platform of High Voltage Cable

摘要(Abstract):
针对电网运维中高压电缆状态检测及缺陷诊断的难题,设计开发了一套高压电缆状态仿真及缺陷诊断平台。该平台集成了电缆工况模拟设备、电缆缺陷模拟设备及监测设备,可开展电缆中间接头半导电层缺陷、中间接头主绝缘缺陷、本体及中间接头导体尖端缺陷、电缆终端缺陷的模拟,利用集成的高频/超高频局部放电、接地环流等在线监测设备及温度监测设备,完成了对不同典型缺陷电缆在不同工况下的状态量规律分析以及不同检测手段有效性的对比分析。
For the difficulties in HV cable condition detection and defect diagnosis in power grid operation and maintenance, a condition simulation and defect diagnosis platform of HV cable is designed. The platform integrates cable operation condition simulation equipment, cable defect simulation equipment and monitoring equipment and can simulate intermediate joint semiconducting layer defects, intermediate joint main insulation defects, cable body and intermediate joint conductor terminal defects. Utilizing the integrated online high-frequency and ultra-high frequency partial discharge and ground circulation monitoring device as well as the temperature monitoring device, the paper conducts rule analysis on quantity of state and effectiveness comparison analysis of different detection methods for cables with different defects in various operating conditions.
