燃煤发电厂脱硝催化剂的成分及表面分析研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究手段对燃煤发电厂SCR脱硝催化剂开展成分检测及表面分析。XRF分析结果显示,在催化剂运行过程中,由于烟气中碱金属沉积、飞灰磨损等原因,其载体及活性组分含量逐渐下降,而烟尘中碱金属、碱土金属等有害物质在催化剂上逐渐累积。XPS分析结果表明,在运行寿命期内催化剂的主要元素构成基本相似,催化剂表面有硫酸盐沉积,催化剂有效成分如钒元素、钼元素化合态发生了一定转变。
In this paper, X-ray fluorescence(XRF), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) are utilized for composition and surface analysis of SCR denitration catalyst in coal-fired power plants. As XRF analysis shows that due to the alkali metal deposition of flue gas, flying ash erosion and other reasons during catalyst operation, the carrier and active ingredient content of catalyst ingredient decreases while the hazardous substances such as alkali metals, alkaline earth metals gradually accumulate on the catalyst. XPS analysis shows that within the operational lifetime of catalyst constitutions of main elements are similar; surface sulfate deposits on the surface of catalyst and the chemical form of active ingredients such as vanadium, molybdenum undergoes some changes.
