基于中性点全补偿技术的故障选线现场试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

国网浙江省电力有限公司安装投运国内首台GFN设备,通过与消弧线圈相互配合实现对配网单相接地故障电流的全补偿,以达到快速熄弧、故障选线和防止事故扩大的目的。基于配电网实际运行工况对GFN设备功能验证试验进行了设计,通过模拟金属性接地、不同过渡电阻接地、弧光接地、断线接地等多种现场故障,全面验证了GFN设备故障电流全补偿和选线技术的可行性。该设备的投运有助于智能新技术适应性深化应用,提升电网安全运行水平。
The state grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company installed the first GFN(Ground Fault Neutralizer)in China, which in conjunction with arc suppression coil, achieves fast arc blowout, fault line selection and prevents fault expansion by compensation of single earth fault current of distribution networks. In this paper,GFN functional verification test is designed based on the actual operation condition of distribution networks.By simulation on metal grounding, different transition resistance grounding, arc grounding, breakage grounding, feasibility of GFN fault current compensation and line selection technology is verified. The GFN helps to deepen the application of intelligent new technology and improve grid operation safety.
