二次设备网络压力防护技术方案研究Study of Technical Schemes for Network Pressure Protection of Secondary Equipment

摘要(Abstract):
智能变电站内控制保护等二次设备与通信网络深度融合,实现数字化信息的传输与共享,因此在复杂网络环境下确保二次设备可靠工作是变电站稳定运行的主要挑战之一。基于智能变电站网络内数据帧的物理与数字特征,建立以太网数据帧四维模型,根据帧坐标在空间的分布规律设计了网络压力防护技术方案,通过订阅过滤、风暴抑制以及流量控制三重措施,实现了在隔离网络压力的同时尽量保留设备正常功能。最后通过实验验证了所提防护技术方案的有效性。
Secondary equipment such as control and protection devices in smart substations are deeply integrated with the communication network to realize the transmission and sharing of digital information. Therefore, reliable operation of equipment in a complex network environment is the key to the stable operation of substations. Based on the physical and digital characteristics of frames in the smart station network, this paper establishes a four-dimensional model and designs network pressure protection technology schemes according to the spatial distribution of frame coordinates. By deploying triple strategies including subscription filtering,storm suppression and flow control, isolation is achieved, and at the same time the normal application function of the equipment is maintained as far as possible. Finally, the effectiveness of the protection technology is verified by experimental results.
