基于PI数据库的小电流接地系统在线监测
Online Monitoring of Low Current Grounding System Based on Plant Information Database

摘要(Abstract):

利用PI实时数据库从SCADA系统中提取与小电流接地系统谐振接地装置有关的实时数据,运用ProcessBook的相关工具进行分析、计算,从而实现对湖州电网小电流接地系统谐振接地装置的实时状态监控、事故预警和检修策略制定,提高湖州电网中性点不接地系统的运行稳定性。
By extracting the real-time data from supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA) system concerning the resonance grounding devices in low current grounding system in Huzhou grid based on the plant information(PI) database,this paper analyzes and calculates these data with the tools of PrecessBook for real-time condition monitoring,accident early warning,repair strategy formulation of the resonance grounding devices and enhances the operational stability of neutral point ungrounded system in Huzhou grid.
