用无捻钢绳作特高输电线铁塔起吊钢绳议析

摘要(Abstract):

由于捻力的存在,特高输电线铁塔起吊钢绳磨损严重,而使用方型钢绳则体现了优越性。然而曾经发生的一起事故阻碍了方型钢绳的应用。通过分析指出使用方型钢绳时起重滑车轮径的大小有特定要求,并提出方型钢绳使用前的试验内容。结论是当使用了大直径起重滑车后,方型钢绳能应用于高塔施工。
The purpose of this study is the feasibility of rectangular steel rope used for UHV transmission line tower lifting rope.Because of twisting force,round steel rope is frayed badly.Rectangular steel rope reflects the superiority.The paper analyzes fracture causes of rectangular steel rope,the lifting block diameter size and the test before using rectangular steel rope.This paper concluds that the rectangular steel rope can be used for high tower construction after using a large-diameter lifting block.
