浙江电网黑启动方案研究Study on Black-start Plan for Zhejiang Electric Grid

摘要(Abstract):
现代电网的一些潜在威胁若处理不当 ,可能会诱发恶性连锁反应而导致系统崩溃。在系统发生大面积或全网停电的情况下 ,如果没有任何黑启动措施 ,将使得停电时间大大延长。文章对浙江电网黑启动的初步方案进行了研究 ,并简要分析了黑启动过程中可能遇到的一些问题以及相应的措施
In a modern power system,inappropriate operation or fault handling may cause calamitous outages and lead to widespread blackout.In such circumstances,the duration of system blackout could be prolonged and cause considerable losses without proper measures of black start.A brief scheme of black start operation in Zhejiang power network is proposed.Meanwhile,some problems concerning with the operation are discussed.
