摘要(Abstract):

介绍一种基于Smith预估控制器的过热减温水温度控制策略,阐述了该控制策略的设计思路及实现方式,结合RB(辅机故障减负荷)试验过程中因控制器出现积分饱和导致减温水开启较慢,致使出现主汽温度偏高的现象,详细分析了积分饱和的产生过程和原因,提出相应的优化措施。该措施成功应用于某"一带一路"重点海外项目2×1 050 MW机组,为采用同类型控制策略的机组提供技术参考。
The paper introduces a desuperheating water temperature control strategy based on the Smith predictor and expounds on its design idea and implementation. Given high main steam temperature due to slow opening of desuperheating water and integral saturation of controller in RB(run back) test, the paper introduces the cause and reason of integral saturation and proposes optimization solutions. The method has been applied in an overseas 2×1 050 MW project of Silk and Belt Initiative and can serve as a reference for units with a similar control strategy.
