超超临界机组汽水分离器水箱液位测量和流体动压修正Measurement for Tank Liguid Level of Water Separator and Modification for Hydrodynamic Kinetic Pressure in Ultra-supercritical Boiler

摘要(Abstract):
长期以来,流体的动压修正在有压容器的液位测量中被忽略。在汽包水位和高、低加水位的测量中,由于水容积比较大,忽略动压修正对于水位的测量影响不大。但是对于1000MW超超临界锅炉来说,在测量汽水分离器贮水箱液位时,由于分离器贮水箱截面较小,工质压力较大,流体的动压修正就不能再忽略了。介绍国电北仑电厂6号机组汽水分离器贮水箱液位测量和动压修正的原理,对调试过程中遇到的问题提出了相应的解决方法。
In a long term, modification for hydrodynaic kinetic pressure was ignored in measurement of fluid level for pressured container. For boiler drum and high pressure or low pressure heater, the neglect can be accepted because of comparatively huge size. But the neglect was wrong in measurement for water separator level in ultra-supercritical unit, because of the small size of water tank and high steam pressure. This paper introduces the principle of measurement and kinetic pressure modification for tank level of water separator in No.6 unit in Beilun Power Company, and methods for problems met in commissioning period.
