摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一种新型电力系统稳定器的动模试验,借助搭建的动模试验平台开展新型PSS(电力系统稳定器)模型参数整定、校核性试验及典型故障模拟,通过与传统PSS2B模型对比,整定参数下的新型PSS具有良好的阻尼低频振荡作用。以定频点扰动作为校验PSS模型在各个频段相位补偿的重要手段,得出在全频段范围内新型PSS模型抑制有功功率振荡的效果优于传统PSS2B模型。动模试验方法研究着眼于验证新型PSS的运行稳定性和有功功率振荡抑制效果,可为其工程化应用提供基础。
A dynamic model test study on a new type of power system stabilizer(PSS) is presented. A test platform is built for parameter setting, qualification tests and typical fault simulation of the new PSS model.Compared with the traditional PSS2B model, the new PSS with a setting parameter can play a significant role in low-frequency oscillation damping. Also, the fixed frequency interference is used as an important means to verify the PSS model phase compensation in each frequency band. It is clear that the new PSS is superior to traditional PSS2B in suppressing active power oscillation in full frequency band. The dynamic model test method, aiming to verify PSS operation stability and active power oscillation suppression, can provide basis for its engineering application.
