摘要(Abstract):
频率稳定是电网正常运行的基本条件之一。由一次调频决定的电网静态调频特性,则是电网频率稳定的基础。详细介绍了火电机组一次调频功能的控制方案和试验结果,通过DEH与CCS频差校正的联合方式,机组参加一次调频功能的负荷响应较快,有关指标满足性能要求,实现了火电机组一次调频功能。
The steady frequency is one of foundations for system operation.Power grid static frequency character decided by primary frequency regulation is the foundation for steady frequency.The article mainly introduces the control plan and trial results of primary frequence regulation function.With combination of DEH and CCS,the unit has a quick load response,and its related parameters can meet perfomance requirements.As a result,it can achieve primary frequency regulation for thermal unit.
