摘要(Abstract):
在某发电厂600 MW超临界燃煤锅炉冷态通风试验中,发现六大风机的风量测速装置利用厂家提供的标定系数,计算得出的风量与实测值差距较大,因此对六大风机的风量测速装置重新进行标定,由此提出了确定送、引风机标定系数的新方法。
It is found that the air flows for the six fans obtained by calculation of the calibration coefficient,which is provided by the manufacturer,are significantly different from the measured values during cold state air test of the 600 MW supercritical coal-fired boiler in a power plant.Therefore,the re-calibration of the speed test device for the fans is carried out.A new approach to calibration coefficient determination for induced draft fans and forced draft fans is put forward.
