摘要(Abstract):

某500 kV变电站调度多次遥控断路器失败,严重影响了遥控成功率及电网安全运行。分析其原因是国产远动机对站控层双网运行状态的判别机制不合理,一个网络链路中断就会导致远动机双网链路公用的遥控参数初始化。为此,有针对性地优化了远动机与总控单元的通信参数设置。试验结果表明,采取的优化措施有效解决了调度遥控失败率高的问题,并可推广应用于配置NSC300远动机、AK1703总控单元、 AM1703测控装置的监控系统。
The remote circuit breaker control failures in a 500 kV substation severely affected achievement ratio of remote control and operation safety of power grid. It is analyzed that the failures result from unreasonable judgement mechanism of domestic RTU(remote terminal unit) for dual-grid operation status at substation control layer, in which breakage of one network chain may initialize the common remote control parameter for the dual-network chain of RTU. Therefore, the telecommunication parameter settings of RTU and general control unit are optimized. Test results prove that the high failure rate of dispatching remote control is effectively solved, and the solution can be applied to the power monitoring system equipped with NSC300 RTU,AK1703 total control unit and AM1703 measurement and control device.
