强制触发型火花间隙现场试验方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

GAP(强制触发型火花间隙)是超、特高压串联补偿电容器组重要的过电压保护设备,统计数据表明,GAP是串补成套装置中故障率较高的薄弱环节,亟需研究并提出满足检修需要、精准而明确的现场试验方法。通过将传统检修中的密闭间隙自放电电压测量和触发功能试验合并,进一步优化成GAP触发放电联调试验,在确保现场试验可操作性的前提下,扩大了试验的检测范围,减小了对串补原有设备和接线的影响范围,全面提高了GAP检修工作的精准度和效率。通过实际工程应用验证了在串补检修工作中采用GAP触发放电联调试验的合理性和有效性。
As a key overvoltage protection device for EHV and UHV series compensation capacitors,forcibly triggered spark gap(hereinafter referred to as GAP)is statistically a vulnerable link with a high failure rate. Therefore,it is imperative to propose a precise and clear field test method that can satisfy maintenance demand. Via the combination of self-discharge voltage measurement with trigger function test in the airtight clearance of traditional maintenance,a collaborative GAP-triggered discharge test comes into existence by optimization,thus expanding the inspection scope,diminishing the range of influence on the existing equipment and wire of series compensator,improving precision and efficiency of GAP in an all-round way. It is verified in practical engineering application that the proposed method is reasonable and effective.
