500kV变压器铁心接地引出线断线故障分析

摘要(Abstract):

大型变压器运行时铁心夹件必须单点接地,当铁心夹件引出接地线断线后,会导致变压器铁心或夹件处于悬浮状态,并在运行条件下产生一定的悬浮电压,引起变压器故障。同时在铁心引出接地线断开后会导致夹件接地电流增大,但小于正常状态下的铁心夹件电流之和。在常规停电例行试验时铁心夹件绝缘电阻试验无法有效对铁心夹件断线进行判断分析。以构建铁心夹件二端口间的模型分析为基础,通过检测变压器铁心夹件两个端口的各电容量值,采用纵横分析法对变压器铁心夹件的连接状态进行更全面的判断分析。同时结合实际故障案例的论证分析,指出当前相关标准规程中关于变压器铁心夹件试验分析判断的不足。
Core and clamp of large transformer must be grounded at one point when it is running. If the ground wire of core clamp breaks, the core or clamp may keep floating and generate certain floating voltage under the running condition, and hence results in transformer fault In the meantime, clamp grounding current may rise and it is less than the sum of the normal core and clamp current. In the routine outage test, the core and clamp insulation resistance test can not effectively judge the state of the core and clamp when it is broken. In this paper, based on the model of the core and clamp, the capacitance value of the core and clamp is measured, and the connection state of the transformer core and clamp is analyzed by using the vertical and horizontal analysis. Combined with the real fault case, the paper presents the shortages in analysis and judge of transformer core and clamp test in existing standards and procedures.
