1000MW超超临界机组滑停与快冷配合的实践和应用

摘要(Abstract):

在发电机组的停机检修过程中,汽轮机的金属冷却时间较长,一定程度上延长了发电机组的检修时间。神华国华浙江浙能发电有限公司B厂1 000 MW超超临界机组自2009年投运以来,经过不断的实践和摸索,总结出了机组滑停与快冷相配合的实践经验,取得了良好的效果,大大缩短了机组检修时间,有助于实现机组的精细化检修。
Metal cooling time of the steam turbine is quite long during maintenance of generating units, which to some extent prolongs the maintenance work. Since the operation of 1000 MW ultra supercritical units of Plant B of Shenhua Guohua Zhejiang Zheneng Power Generation Co., Ltd. in 2009, experience in coordination between sliding shut-down and fast-cooling is summarized by ceaseless practice and exploration, which achieves good effect, greatly shortens maintenance time and is helpful for lean maintenance of units.
