振动法在变压器有载调压开关检测中的应用
Application of Vibration Method in Testing of On-load Tap Changer of Transformer

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了有载调压变压器分接开关的振动法检测原理、检测系统、检测主要内容和关键技术,以某110 kV变电站2号主变压器的有载调压开关为例,对检测的信号进行了对比分析,指出可能存在的故障隐患,实践证明这类检测设备是有载调压变压器状态检测的有力工具。
This paper introduces principles of vibration method for tap changing switch testing of on-load tap changing transformer,testing system,testing items and key technologies.By taking on-load tap changer of main transformer No.2 in a 110 kV substation as an example,the testing signal is comparatively analyzed and the potential faults are presented.Practice showed that the vibration method turns out to be a power tool to detect the state of on-load tap-changing transformer.
