摘要(Abstract):

针对电力信息采集技术发展现状,提出了基于IEC61970建立智能电网数据采集平台的设想,并详细介绍该平台总体架构设计中的逻辑架构、数据架构、物理架构、安全架构、性能设计等关键要素,该采集平台可实现远方数据采集与业务应用的分离,提高数据采集利用性能,实现资源共享。
In view of the current development of electric power information collection technology, the paper proposes to establish an IEC 61970-based data acquisition platform for intelligent power grid and describes in detail the key elements of the overall architectural design such as the logical architecture, data architecture, physical architecture, security architecture, performance design etc. This platform can realize the separation of remote data acquisition and business application, improve utilization performance of data acquisition and achieve resource sharing.
