微电网规划体系研究Study on Planning System of Microgrid

摘要(Abstract):
在分布式电源和储能设备大量接入的情况下,传统配电网的供电模式和规划方式发生了改变。通过对微电网的电压等级、供电制式、接入方式和具体网架结构等进行研究,比较各类供电模式在不同应用场合的优缺点,提出微电网规划建设的一般步骤和实施方案。结合我国能源结构和负荷特性,提出4类微电网典型供电模式及其适用范围,并给出我国各区域城市和农村的典型供电模式。
With the large-scale access of distributed generation and storage devices,supply mode and planning method of traditional distribution networks are changed. By investigating voltage class,power supply mode,access mode and the specific grid structure as well as comparing merits and demerits of various power supply mode in different applications,the paper introduces general steps and implementation plan of microgrid planning and construction. According to energy mix and load characteristic in China,the paper presents four typical supply modes of microgrid and the range of application; in addition,it introduces typical power supply modes of urban and rural areas in all parts of China.
