发电厂循环水泵双速改造分析Two-speed Retrofit of Circulating Water Pumps in Power Plant

摘要(Abstract):
某600 MW发电机组升级改造为630 MW后,原循泵出力无法满足机组改造后的循环冷却水量要求,故采用变极调速方式对循泵进行双速改造,利用绕组接线方式的切换完成高速量形和低速三角形接线的转换,并提出了一种可实现高低速运行时保护电流回路自动适应的方法,只需切换保护定值区即可满足循泵高低速时均投入差动保护的要求,计算得出循泵改造后节能效果明显。
With the upgrade of a generating unit from 600 MW to 630 MW, the output of the former circulating water pump can no longer meet the requirement of circulating cooling water after the unit transformation. Therefore, two-speed retrofit of circulating water pump is conducted through pole conversion and speed adjustment. Via switching of winding connection modes, high-speed shape measurement and low-speed triangle connection can be exchanged; besides, a self-adaption method of protection current circuit in low-speed operation is presented, through which differential protection can be switched to simultaneously in low-speed operation of circulating pump just by protection settings switching. It is concluded by calculation that the retrofitted circulating water pump can be significantly energy-saving.
